Stereotypes was produced as part of the Hoodforts programme at Mile End Community Project. The programme aims to engage and empower young people from the local community, providing them with the opportunity to project their voices through film and media.
Created in partnership with young people, the film explores themes around stereotyping and attitudes to young people in the wake of the 2011 London riots. Hoodforts won six awards including an international Adobe Aspire Award and two Limelight awards.
