Migrate Journey was produced in partnership with Crescere and Rehan Jamil, with funding from the Said Foundation. The film highlights the perspectives of five asian migrants who came to the UK between 1958 and 1989, exploring the challenges and emotional impacts of their personal journeys.
At a time when so much is being said about migration, we wanted to give a voice to local people who have experienced it personally and gone on to build lives in the UK. Migrate Journey was exhibited at the Tate Exchange in 2019.
